Privacy Policy

This policy explains what The Tribe collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

• Account details — your name, email address and, if you provide them, phone and location.
• Training activity — which lessons you open and how far through each video you got, so your progress and resume point work.
• Order records — what you bought, when, and the payment reference. Card numbers never reach our servers.
• Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, kept in server logs for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

To give you access to what you bought, track your progress, process payments, respond to support requests, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Only the processors we need to run the service: our payment gateway (Razorpay) for transactions, and our hosting provider for storage. Each handles data under its own agreement with us.

Cookies

We set a session cookie so you stay signed in, and an optional "remember me" cookie if you ask us to. If analytics is enabled, that provider may set its own cookies. No advertising trackers are used.

How long we keep it

Account and order records are retained while your account is active and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting rules require. Server logs are rotated regularly.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, correct it, or request deletion. Write to info@thetribexindia.com and we will respond within thirty days. Deleting your account removes your progress history and cannot be undone.

Security

Passwords are stored hashed, never in readable form. Traffic is served over HTTPS, and administrative access is restricted by role.
